As NCTD’s communications and graphics team we provided many ways to improve customer service. We provided outreach to large employers to identify ways to increase transit use by their employees, a survey of the LIFTS shuttle system to identify service improvements, and carried out a survey to discover wayfinding issues at NCTD’s main hub Oceanside Transit Center.
