Many ways, many modes

CityWorks, as sub-consultant to HNTB, was responsible for communications, marketing, community outreach, and transportation planning graphics for the North Coast Corridor’s I-5 Express Lanes/LOSSAN Project. With the release of the project’s draft environmental document and its draft Corridor System Management Plan, CityWorks supported the initial public review process including:

• Updating and maintaining website and electronic stakeholder inquiry system
• Coordinating a one-hour KOCT TV segment with the Corridor Director
• Designing 12 fact sheets, 33 presentation boards and a video presentation
• Developing and implementing a communications plan
• Creating a new e-newsletter series for nearly 1,000 key stakeholders
• Coordinating event logistics and developing a PowerPoint presentation for a State Legislative Hearing
• Supporting outreach for construction of interim projects
