A Healthy Heart

El Cajon’s core has always been the intersection of Main Street and Magnolia Avenue, but its beat was fading. To bring vital rhythm back to the city’s heart, we improved its arteries. Our team designed dynamic new streetscapes by using historic street lights and furnishings, shade trees – because its hot there – new sidewalk finishes, and pop-outs to prioritize the pedestrian experience. These four corners are proud to be back.
