Transit-Oriented Development Study

Ride the Rails of Success

Our team managed the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to conduct a transit-oriented study for Oceanside’s new SPRINTER rail line. We engaged hundreds of people, from elected officials to community leaders to homeowners to students. Through this process, CityWorks developed zoning recommendations for six of the sites and developed a detailed master plan for one of the sites.
