Cornered

Once the proud anchor to El Cajon’s historic downtown at the corner of Main and Magnolia streets, this building had fallen into disrepair. Its heyday as a hotel and general store had been replaced with empty storefronts. Our design team turned this all around. The building came out fighting with a fresh look that honored its past glory with new tile work, paint, lighting, awnings, and storefronts. And, new tenants!
