That’s the promise of an Einstein Bros. Bagels dining experience – one that we took seriously in the design of their two stores, prep kitchen and storage spaces. The Terminal 1 East store is one of the highest grossing stores in the Western Region, proving that providing customers with healthy food choices and efficient, personable service pays off. The design effectively reoriented the existing tenant space so that it opened out onto both the gate and concourse areas, as well as providing customers some seating in this very congested part of the airport. Whether coming up with design solutions quickly that met the needs of the client, as well as the airport and its many stakeholders, or helping the client clarify their design intent to secure approvals, the CityWorks team came through with flying colors.
